Welcome to Forest Park Estates!

The Forest Park Estates Water Users Association  has a board of volunteers who manage the general business of the water system. This association is not a homeowner's association.

Please note the following information regarding billing for water usage.

Water is billed with a base monthly rate of $70 for the first 15,000 gallons.

​Usage of 15,000-30,000 gallons is billed at $0.45 per 100 gallons.

Usage of more than 30,000 gallons is billed at $3.00 per 100 gallons.

Water bills are sent out monthly. If you make a payment at the end of the month that does not get deposited in that month, that payment may not be reflected on the next bill. Please consider making payment to allow time to deposit the check in that month.

You have the option of mailing your payment to 1 Forest Park Drive, Clancy, MT 59634 or placing the check in an envelope into the black mailbox  marked "FPWUA" located next to the bulletin board. 

The water meters are read beginning in May and ending September 30th. Water usage from October through April is a flat rate of $70 per month. However, if you use over 90,000 gallons during this time period, you will be billed for the extra amount over the 90,000 gallons. You will receive your water bill the first week of the month.

ALL fees for water usage are due and payable by the 20th of the month in which the monthly statement is received.  If the account isn’t paid in full within 60 days after the end of the month in which the water usage occurred (unless other arrangements have been made) it will be considered delinquent and a letter will be sent to the user. The letter will notify the user that full payment of ALL fees must be received no later than the tenth day following receipt of this correspondence.

The letter will also notify the delinquent user that failure to remit ALL fees will result in the disconnection of their supply line from the Forest Park water system. If the disconnection occurs, the delinquent user will be further assessed a $250 reinstatement fee, that together with all water fees, must be paid before any steps are taken to re-connect the user to the Forest Park water system.

There may be times during the year when we experience limited water supplies. If this should happen, you will see a light blinking on the small water station located on Forest Park Drive, just around the curve from the mailboxes.  The sign restricting outdoor watering will be displayed.  We attempt to send emails with information regarding the outage or restrictions.

Mail box keys are managed by Iver Johnson. Please call Iver at 406-465-0333 to turn in your keys if you sell your home.
